BUSINESS UNIT :- BPS
QUALIFICATION :- Graduate in Non Engineering Stream (MCAs/BCAs do not qualify)
EXPERIENCE :- 1-2 Years
ESSENTIAL SKILLS :- Experience of working in BPO, with exposure to Voice / Transaction processing
environment. Good MS Office Skills. Excellent communication skills. Neutral English
accent to communicate with International clients / customers with ease.
Willingness to work in US timing zone is must.
PREFERRED SKILLS :- Knowledge in ERP (SAP / Oracle). Web Savvy.
